You’ve Got Mail!

A Citrus and Plaid Real LDS Wedding  Logan Utah Temple

Bright colors, big smiles, and a uniquely personal theme made Tayler and Josh’s wedding one to remember. This creative couple tied the knot at the Logan Utah Temple, followed by a “You’ve Got Mail”-themed celebration full of heartfelt details and vintage charm.

Fountain-side sweetheart moment! At the Logan Utah Temple, Josh’s citrus tie pops against classic charcoal as he kisses Tayler’s cheek; pearls, soft sleeves, and a splashy white fountain make everything feel fresh and flirty—hello, citrus-and-plaid love story in the making.

At the Logan Utah Temple, Tayler and Josh glow against warm stone and flower beds—her classic white and pearls, his citrus tie and cozy layers. In the gardens, golden light and wildflower color echo their palette—fresh, fun, a little plaid-on-the-sly—and all kinds of happily-ever-after.

Sunshine squad at the temple doors—bride in classic white, bridesmaids in happy marigold with mint belts and petite citrus-and-cream bouquets. Pure joy in one frame.

The guys nail citrus-meets-classic: crisp shirts, charcoal trousers, sage sweater vests, yellow bouts—and the groom’s bold orange tie pulling the whole palette together.

Sunshine and sparkle—Tayler & Josh’s rings perched on a golden blossom, her vintage-sweet diamond and his sleek band glowing like citrus confetti.

A Wedding Full of Personality (and Postcards!)

Award-winning wedding designer Michelle Cousins shared this beautiful note about the day:

“Josh and Tayler were so much fun to work with! They provided me with so much material for creative design… I always love to infuse personal details into the events I design so that they are reflective of my clients’ personalities and styles. It’s what made the entire event look and feel just like them rather than some cookie-cutter wedding off of Pinterest.”

Because Josh and Tayler spent much of their courtship long-distance—staying connected by good old-fashioned snail mail—their wedding was infused with charming postal-inspired elements, including:

A vintage mailbox sign-in table with custom postcards
Personalized mini mailboxes used as escort cards
Centerpieces with mason jars and playful mail-themed décor

And the finishing touch? Plaid! Josh and Tayler love plaid, so it appeared on custom-designed envelopes, handmade fabric bouquets crafted by Tayler’s talented mother, and even the invitation design.

Brunch, Brownies & the Morning News

Following their sealing, the couple hosted a cheerful brunch reception catered by Culinary Concepts, featuring bacon, eggs, smoothies in mason jars, and even cinnamon rolls and sticky buns. Each guest received a customized morning newspaper at their seat, complete with crossword puzzles, personal stories, and “headlines” written by the bride and groom. Adorable!

Instead of a traditional wedding cake, guests enjoyed a stunning brownie ball tower—a tribute to the couple’s weekly brownie + movie nights.

This is the kind of radiant joy every bride dreams of—laughing so freely, surrounded by family, flowers, and love. Her smile lights up the whole room (and honestly, the whole photo). You can almost hear the laughter echoing off the stone fireplace, blending with the warmth of the day.

Can we just take a moment for these darling parasols? Floating like cheerful little suns, they bring the whole room alive with citrus-bright joy. It’s such a playful, unexpected touch—perfect for a couple who clearly knows how to celebrate love with both elegance and fun.

Could there be a sweeter moment? The groom leaning down with so much kindness to chat and as for a dance with a little guest, while in the background her father is twirling his bride—it’s a perfect picture of love multiplied. Gentle, genuine, and oh-so-romantic.

A Family Affair & Fairytale Finish

The magical day ended with a horse-drawn carriage sendoff by Burch and Sons, making for the most romantic grand exit imaginable.

Congratulations, Tayler and Josh!

Your wedding was full of sunshine, creativity, and love—and your story reminds all of us that even the simplest things (like letters and brownies) can become treasured symbols of eternal connection.
